Say no to hell!

The Lights' Blog

Don't go to hell.

When you were being created, you didn’t have a say. When your colour was chosen, you didn’t have a say. When your place of birth and nationality were chosen, you didn’t have a say. However, in deciding your home for eternity, you have a say. Which would it be, heaven or hell? You could either say Yes or No. As a friend who wants the best for you, I’m advising you to say ‘NO’ to hell. Hell is where those who eventually do not belong to Christ go to. Those who are in sin at the end of their lives, hell is where they end up.

God loves you and he has given you a say, a chance to choose where you want to spend eternity. He sent Jesus to die for you so that all the sins you’ve ever committed will written be off and a new life will begin…

Invest in 2014!

‘Send your grain across the seas, and in time, profits will flow back to you.’ Ecclesiastes 11:1 (NLT)

I read Ecclesiastes 11 and I fell in love with it! Profound words abound in it, please kindly go through the entire chapter as soon as you can.

I want to share an insight with you today, my dear friend. A version of the natural law of harvest is ‘reap, sow’. The year is new and still very young, there is the danger of being complacent and not doing the right things on time, in time. Before long, the year gets halfway and then almost over. Before you get caught unawares by time’s move, I say, if you are looking to reap bountifully this year, you must invest in it! Reap, sow. How do I mean when I say invest?I mean doing good things that will bring back positive results and yield profits for you, both in cash and kind.

Preach to souls about Christ. Learn something new. Acquire a new skill. Get that degree. Plan that proposal. Do something good that will bring back something better. Set targets, maintain focus and succeed in achieving your set goals. Most of those who celebrate at the end of the year and count their blessings and achievements do not get there overnight. There was a process. They invested, waited and reaped. Investing in this year does not have to do with money only. You could invest your time, energy, focus and even much more.

If you carefully select that venture with God’s guidance, and you invest wisely, you will reap bountifully. If you have never done this before, that is, investing in a year, let this be the first. Change the story. Make this a year of note through diligent investment, even as the Lord helps you.

Above all, the most profitable place to invest into this year and always is the Kingdom of God. Win souls for the father. Pay your tithes, sow seeds of faith and give generous offerings. You will see the Saviour’s words in Matthew 6:33 manifest in your life if you do this faithfully. The father pays those who invest in his kingdom, please become one of them today.

Keep this in mind, ‘To make huge returns in 2014, you have to make huge investments in it, and the best place to invest into is the kingdom of God.’

God bless you more, beloved.

Say no to hell!

He sent Jesus to die for you so that all the sins you’ve ever committed will written be off and a new life will begin for you. It is true, please believe it. If you keep living in sin, you living in the danger of ending up in hell. Say no to it and say yes to Christ, him being your channel to heaven( reference: John 14:6). And maybe you’re thinking, I know Jesus already, I go to church, may I tell you that even if you do all of these and you are not living complete obedience to his commandments, you are living in the danger of hell. You are either in Christ or not and to be in him, your obedience has to be complete. Two sure things about hell is that it is a place of eternal suffering and there is no bail-out there, once a person is in, he or she is in for life. My friend, you don’t want to go there.

Are you ready to have your say?

If you are, please say this prayer: ‘Lord Jesus, I am saying no to hell. I am saying yes to you. You are life and I want you, Lord. Please make me new and take my sinful nature away. I accept you as my lord and saviour as you lead me home to heaven. Dear Lord, you are the son of God and I thank you for this opportunity to start again. Amen.’

If you prayed this wholeheartedly and you are truly sorry for your sins and you are determined to follow Christ and let go of now old your life of sin, I say, welcome to the new life. Welcome to the bright side. And my prayer for you is that may you continue with Christ until the end and even beyond. God bless you more and please tell others as well to say no to hell.

To stay on track in this new life of yours, you have to start reading the Bible and also begin attending a church where the word of God is taught in truth. May the Holy Spirit abide with you now and forevermore.

”When they fast, I will pay no attention. When they present their burnt offerings and grain offerings to me, I will not accept them. Instead, I will devour them with war, famine and disease.”
Jeremiah 14:12(NLT)

God will never compromise his standard! He is holy. So,those whose worship and service will be accepted by him are to be HOLY too. Service without holiness equals zero. It is nothing but futile activity.
People might see one as being very active and efficient in rendering service to God. However, the acceptance of one’s service to God is strongly based on HOLINESS. So,seemingly efficient service devoid of holiness is unacceptable to God.
Friend, please live wholly for God. Don’t be lukewarm. How great is the reward of those who serve their God in spirit and truth! They will enjoy an eternal legacy, nonperishable treasures that their master will bless them with!
Living an unholy life which results in the rejection of one’s worship ultimately leads to one’s rejection by the Lord, bringing with it terrible repercussions.
I pray that may we not be rejected by God in Jesus name.
