The Road Less Travelled

“You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.  But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.” Matthew 7:13-14 NLT

Only God can help you please him because he is the only one that can match his extraordinary standard. His ways are so different that a different set of rules are required to travel it.

The rules are difficult for the mortal man to obey because mortality is always at war with God’s pristine spirituality. The rules of sin are easier to obey for the mortal man, so the road is more frequently travelled.

The road less travelled is the road of righteousness. Can one ever go through a day and be blameless? Really? It is impossible for the mortal mind to conceive such uprightness.

However, with God, all things, including blamelessness, are possible!

If you are on the road less travelled, don’t worry, you are not alone. God is with you. Other saints, globally, are also travelling on it.

God can see all the jeers, tears, denials, hardship, and scorn that the world might be throwing your way. Great and glorious is your reward at the end.

And please don’t forget that Jesus is at the centre of it all- he controls the universe and he won’t let you fall apart.

Heaven awaits you;the crown of glory gleams brighter still; eternal rest will be a reality.

Please keep on, don’t look back, don’t step off the road, you are on the right path.

Kindly pray for every brother and sister on this road, just like you.

Victory is certain! Glory to God!
