God answers every prayer!

Yes, he does! As his child, your prayers get to him. He hears them and responds!

Surprising?

You might want to ask, ‘Well then,if God answers every prayer, why have I not received some of the things that I asked for?’

The simple, straightforward and honest answer is this: ‘God answers every prayer but he does not say ‘Yes’ to every request.’

Somehow, a lot of the people are of the opinion that prayers are answered only when the requests they carry are granted.

This is not so.

There are three answers that God can give to every prayer: ‘Yes’, ‘No’ or ‘Wait.

The most easily understood answer to a prayer is the ‘Yes’ (Of course).

‘Hallelujah,God has done it! He granted my request.’

Just like he answered Elijah on Mount Carmel.

God says ‘No’ to requests as well, when what is being asked for is not part of his will or if the season for granting such a request is not due.

God says ‘Wait’ when the request is part of his will, however the season for granting the request is yet to come.

We must learn to accept any of these three answers when God gives them. A ‘No’ or a ‘Wait’ should not make us weary, we should rather persevere and trust the God who has our best interests at heart.

Keep praying and don’t stop believing!

Have a great week ahead.

Shalom.

To rise,you must kneel

I guess the title sounds paradoxical to you, however,it is true!

Yes, to rise,you must kneel.

Who,then,must you kneel to?

You must kneel to God. Kneeling to him means that you are surrendering to him. It means that you are acknowledging his superiority.

It takes humility for one to kneel to God. The humility then brings rewards. One of these rewards is promotion.

Proverbs 29:23 and James 4:6 show God’s disposition towards the humble.
He loves them. He rewards them. He has regard for them.

Beloved, please kneel to God today and experience a glorious rise to lofty heights of excellence.

Enjoy a victorious week.

Stay blessed.

If God can…why can’t you?

Never be caught in the trap of self-pity or perpetual guilt after you have confessed your sins and turned a new leaf.

As a matter of fact,it will be most beneficial if you try not to remember the misdeeds anymore.

When you sin,you offend God. And if he can forgive you for your errors, why can’t you do the same?

His words in Isaiah 1:18 makes it clear that he is willing and able to purge us of all iniquities, so is it also stated in 1 John 1:9.

Jesus has brought you freedom, please embrace it! Don’t let the devil rob you of this freedom by enslaving your mindset, coupling it to the train of past iniquities.

Whomever the son has set free is free indeed as contained in John 8:36.

So long you’ve confessed and forsaken the sins, believe by faith that God has forgiven you.

Rebuke the thoughts reminding you of them and constantly renew your mind with the word of God – Romans 12:2.

Live free and happy, even as you share this good news of freedom in Christ Jesus with others too.

Go and sin no more!

Stay blessed.
